Ben Miles

Ben Miles is the email and e-commerce product manager at CDS Global. Respected for his expertise in CDS Global’s products and knowledge of the company’s customers, he is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and managing product roadmaps and life cycles.

Ben also manages a group of front-end web developers, leading the team that serves clients using CDS Global’s e-commerce platform, as well as customer care and e-commerce web pages. He also previously worked as a designer, developer and business analyst at CDS Global.
