

Barbara Nelson
Barbara Nelson is chief client officer at CDS Global, overseeing client services account management functions. She provides experienced leadership in customer interactions for hundreds of media brands, nonprofits, consumer product companies, higher education institutions and utilities in North America, ensuring client success with order processing, promotional campaigns, e-commerce, multichannel customer care, payment and donations processing, data analytics, and more.
Barbara began her career at CDS Global in 1998 and has served in several leadership roles in client services, bringing strong experience in the consumer and business-to-business media spaces. Most recently, she served as vice president of client services and was responsible for providing day-to-day consultative services to a large portfolio of media brands and leading ancillary sales efforts with publishing clients. Additionally, she has been highly involved in subscription commerce product development at CDS Global, focusing on digital platforms, online marketing, memberships, partnerships and alternative payment integration.
Barbara received Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Grandview University and is a member of the Media & Content Marketing Association.
